Brushless DC-servo motors now with Profibus
At the SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2009 exhibition in Nuremberg from the 24th to the 26th November 2009, Dunkermotoren presented their DC-servo motors with PROFIBUS DP Interface. The manufacturer of drive solutions is expanding his product range with the well-established Interface Profibus DP V1.
Dunkermotoren is acquired by a new partner
Alcatel-Lucent, current partner of Dunkermotoren GmbH has decided to sell its shares of the Bonndorf/Germany based electric drive technology expert. The independent European private equity investor Triton takes over the shares as of January 1st 2010 with the strategy to strengthen Dunkermotoren's position in the electric drive system market on a long-term base. This transaction is subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. With Triton as new partner, Dunkermotoren will intensify its holistic strategical orientation to strengthen its abilities to innovate and to compete.
